[streaming] Vls Connection refused

hi, i have compiled vls and when i try to connect to it (with winamp and 
mplayer), i get the error:

i cannot conect from 192.168.66.16 and from localhost. what did i do wrong?

i did't see any place to configure vls to listen on a specific port. i 
guess that is the problem.
