[streaming] +++ Need help with VLC +++

Hi my name is Toan Nguyen. I have downloaded the source code for VLC on your 
website and was looking through it, but I cannot locate the section of the 
code where the video stream is sent through the internet (tcp ip). Can you 
please ping point me to the right section of the code?
