Unless you know what multicast is, and have a multicast enabled internet
connection you cant use it to send over the internet, only locally.

 

So you should probably use another method for streaming since its not likely
u can use multicast if u don't know it.

I'm trying to make a multicast submision throw internet of a video
captured in real time (with V4L). It has to be in WMV format.
