Dear Sir,
Maybe you can success as follows:
1. use a MPEG encoder card to encode the signal from DVB-S into a file.
2. use a Brocasting server to brocast file via LAN.
3. each home has a IP-STB that can receive the brocasting video.
This method is for one channel.
