The Hauppage NOVA-S can relay an entire transponder of channels. In VLC
linux (possibly others) look for advanced preferences specifying "budget"
mode.

Hi there,

I've installed VLC on a linux box and everything works fine to stream dvd's
or other movie files. What I would like to do is to use a DVB-S card to
stream live tv to the network. The question I have: Is it possible to stream
multiple tv channels with one single dvb-s card. And which card is the best
to do this? What is the limit of the amount of channels which can be
streamed?

Thanks for the help.
