BTW, you can fix this in a number of ways. Two obvious ones are to make sure
that teh PCR/PTS/DTS of subsequent streams match the preceeding stream.
Maybe better would be to emit PAT/PMTs with new version numbers. This will
cause vlc to tear down the existing decoders and fire up new ones. This will
then let you do things like have streams with different audio/video coders
as well.
