You are using a version of VLC that's using an old (v2005.01.29) 
version of the "LIVE.COM Streaming Media" code (that's used to 
implement VLC's RTSP/RTP client support).  Try upgrading to a newer 
version of VLC - preferably one that's using a version of the 
LIVE.COM code more recent than 2005.04.13.
