[streaming] vod + transcode

Hello........
Well I'd like to know if I can make "vod" but transcode the input and then 
streming.
I have make it:

> new Test vod enabled

> setup Test option sout-transcode-vcodec=mp4v

> setup Test option sout-transcode-vb=64

> setup Test option sout-transcode-fps=11

> setup Test input videos/video.mpg

************************************************************

> new Test vod enabled

> setup Test option sout-transcode-vcodec=mp4v

> setup Test option sout-transcode-vb=64

> setup Test option sout-transcode-fps=11

But in my client (vlc rtsp://myserver:5554/Test ) I see the original video 
not transcode

Can you Tell me if is it posible????
