Hi all,
I have been struggling for a while to find a hardware combination that
is capable of streaming a full DVB-S transport stream via VLS onto a
network, _and_ can do CI.
According to the information at http://www.linuxtv.org, there are only
two devices capable of this: The "Hauppauge/TT Nova-CI budget" which is
neither for sale at any online retailer, nor exists anywhere on the
Hauppauge website, and the "Terratec Cinergy 1200 DVB-S budget" which is
reported not to work properly.
Can anyone recommend a hardware device that is:
- For sale at an online retailer
- Is supported with Linux drivers
- Can pull down an entire TS
- Can do CI with an appropriate CAM
Is there any device out there that fits the bill?
Just what are people using in actual real setups to turn around DVB-S?
Regards,
Graham
