Well my 'streamer' has an old Nova-T and a WinFast DVB-1000T in 64bit
PCI slots.
Based on the assumption that 64bit PCI slots were 3.3v only, the old
Nova and the new dirt cheap WinFast are 3.3v cards (Both connexant based).

A BT based Twinan DVB-S wouldn't work in the 64bit slots, even though
it actually fitted properly.

The 4th card in the machine is a Divco, but it is also in a 32bit PCI
slot, along with the Twinan.
The machine is an Intel SDS-2 motherboard that used to be a file server.
