[streaming] HELP

I've been trying to install VLC in Fedora machine, but no luck. Tried for
RPM, couldn't find the  right one. Tried to follow the Chapter 3 of the
manual, could not find the lib. Sources.

Its kind a frustrating.

Please HELP and send me the built RPM or the instruction to compile.
