[streaming] FF/RW in VOD

Dear all,
I check the VOD feature of VLC. It works very well. But it seems to me 
that the browsing function (with far jump with Fast Forward or Rewind 
Backward ), the client can not see the stream anymore. Is it a bug or I 
can overcome this stuff some how
