What he means to say is, that unfortunately the VLC RTSP implementation
isn't quite complete/ready for production enviroments. Since u will end up
DOS'ing ur viewers since ppl always close down programs dirty. There is as
far as I know no way around this, and it can be a quite serious problem if
we are talking about live streams. Since then the server doesn't stop
sending.
