[streaming] DirectShow support

Hello,

I'd like to connect my QPS DVB-T tuner USB key to VLC using DirectShow. 
But I don't know if
my tuner supports DirectShow.
Is there a restricted list of adapters which support this ? Where can I 
find this list ?
Are there many or few such adapters ?
