Well it works now. - Which has exposed another issue - I don't seem to
be able to get more than 3 streams out of my Twinhan DVB-S card. The
first 3 come out fine, but any more don't work. It broadcast's SAP for
them, but there are no streams 'attached'.

For example the following output command -

setup channelasiasat output
#duplicate{dst=standard{access=udp,mux=ts,url=239.255.100.99:1234,sap,group="Usyd
META",name="Usyd META - Deutche Welle
(Germany)"},select="program=1",dst=standard{access=udp,mux=ts,url=239.255.100.107:1234,sap,group="Usyd
META",name="Usyd META - TV5
(France)"},select="program=2",dst=standard{access=udp,mux=ts,url=239.255.100.108:1234,sap,group="Usyd
META",name="Usyd META - RAI International
(Italy)"},select="program=3",dst=standard{access=udp,mux=ts,url=239.255.100.109:1234,sap,group="Usyd
META",name="Usyd META - TVE (Spain)"},select="program=4"}

The first 3, (DW, TV5, RAI) all stream fine. TVE on the other had gets
a SAP record, but no streams attached to it.

Am I hitting some sort of limit with the PID filter ?

Search various VLC lists seems to leave me none the wiser. Some one
makes reference to a PID filter limit of 32 in vls some time back. (And
that each 'channel' uses 3 or 4 pids), but I could find nothing current.

Also discovered that the 'option ttl=' argument in VLM is ignored -
the stream goes out with the default TTL of 1 anyway. Must have --ttl=12
on the command line.
