Nobody is currently working on integrating openh323 protocol in VLC. It 
is certainly possible to do this, but requires some knowledge of VLC's 
architectural structure.

The feature is on the wishlist or things todo list of serveral VLC 
developers, but as with all these things they must wait till they are 
scheduled by one of the developers or someone else.

My I remind you that this is an English speaking maillinglist.
