Hi,

you should use this : *vlc.exe -I telnet --telnet-port xxxx 
--telnet-password xxxx
*I don't think you need to specify the rtsp-host in the command line.
Connect to VLC (VLM interface) through telnet on the right port (xxxx) 
and use this command : *new my_vod vod enabled
*and then use : *setup my_vod output [parameters]* with the proper 
parameters.

I guess this should work, even if I never really used VOD in VLM, only 
BROADCAST :)
