Dear mr Meng,

You can use the same binary for a streaming server;
If you choose 'File' and 'Open File', the browser window will give you a 
'Stream/Save' checkbox under 'Advanced Options'. Use this to configure 
your streaming options.

I believe you can set this up as command-line options as well (using the 
GUI you will see the command-line that could be used specified).
