I use your questions for mi network camera problem with vlc and mepg4 
stream

Only is possible view the stream with ocx control and soft in chinese 
languaje
the control is immp4control.ocx, i have search and immp4 is possible 
codec, but not have other info
the stream ahre send in this format: http://NETWORK_IP_CAM/test.cmp

with VLC not show the image, but receive and process the stream with any
