[streaming] VLC: Stream dont work

Hi, i'm new to this list. I have worked about 3-4 weeks with VLC - i need
to stream some DVB-T channels to my network. One day the streams should be
received with Windows Media Player, but thats another Problem. 

I use gentoo with 2.6.15 Kernel and the Kernel-integrated DVB drivers for
the Haupauge Nova-T cards with a Conexant Chip. I emerged VLC 0.8.2 and
some CVS ffmpeg (build 3342336). 
I can watch TV on localhost with console command:
vlc -vvv dvb-t:adapter=0:frequency=666000000:bandwidth=8 --programs=1

But simple streaming dont work ... i tryed:
vlc -vvv dvb-t:adapter=0:frequency=666000000:bandwidth=8 --programs=1
--sout '#standard{access=http,mux=ts,url=172.23.23.103:8082}'

The Client gets disconnected after a few seconds, it says: cannot pre fill
buffer

Im new to this streaming stuff, i have no clue what could be wrong. Any
help would be nice.
