[streaming] Execution Problem

Hi All,

I'm very new in VLC concept,

I compile all VLC sources with my lap-top in xp environment.  After creating
necessary windows package , I couldn't run it at any other computers. I run
executable file and nothing happen.

(When I do "make" : I have --> "midl : command line error MIDL1005 : cannot
find C preprocessor cl.exe")

Thank you for any suggestion.
