[streaming] Who know this error: org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.ServiceDoesNotExist

Hi, i have been run my vlc without major problem and today i recibe this error:

This is the command that i used
vlc file.asf --sout "#std{access=udp,mux=ts,dst=10.100.104.23}"

and this error message

libhal.c 767 : org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.ServiceDoesNotExist raised
"Service "org.freedesktop.Hal" does not exist"

[00000261] main private error: cannot add this stream
[00000273] main packetizer error: cannot create packetizer output
[00000246] main playlist: deleting playlist item `File.asf'
