Thanks for reply.
I have toolchain (gcc, g++, ...) for arm-linux.
How can I compile only server module of VLC?
I don't find any options while configuring it.
FYI,
I want to stream over HTTP and RTSP/RTP.
I will use my own codec (encoder) library.
That part of code need to be changed.

If you have a gcc toolchain for this, yes. You'll probably need a
compile a few underlying libraries as well, depending on what you
actually intend to stream.
