No, it should be SSM if and only if the SDP in the SAP announce contains
an appropriate source-filter parameter. VLC couldn't "guess" the source
address otherwise.
Certaintly, FF3x:... is a hint, but that does not give out the source
address, so it's pretty useless as is.
