[streaming] intermittent audio stream

Thanks for your response.....
After trying "--no-hq-resampling", the problem remains,
with an additional new error message on the client side
aside from the previous three messages:
main warning: mixer start isn't output start (negative number)
These 4 message fly by very rapidly in that window while
the audio kind of jumps out at you in spurts with mostly
silence in between the spurts.
I've tried this over both a LAN and WAN with the same results.
Anymore ideas? Can I provide any logs, perhaps?
