 I run a couple of machines with two Twinhan DVB-S cards in them, using
one instance of vlc with a vlm config file to stream multiple channels
from each multiplex.
 I did do it with Linux though - I don't know how the drivers work in
Windows...

 I have another machine with three DVB-T cards in it, two CX88 based and
on BT8xx
