Hi Hu,
Thanks for youe help.
Actually i am new to RTSP and to streaming.I have
downloaded the RTSP reference code from live555.com
and is trying to understand how RTSP works using the
code.Please give me more hints how can i understand
better about RTSP and how it works.

Hi Mayank,
Sorry for the delay. Here is my thoughts on this:
1) After you start RTSP. you open audio and video RTP
channels.
2) You start your audio and video encoding engine.
3) After you get first video frame then start to send
video and audio frames. This way you will have prefect
a/v sync. 
4) The video channel time stamp is calc use 90000Hz
scale. And audio is use 8000 Hz.
5) Also you need make sure to use system time to
determine the timestamp not use video frame time or
audio frame time in case of lose frames.
