You went from a "reserved" multicast address you should not have been
using

225.000.000.000-231.255.255.255 Reserved [IANA]

to the 239 "private" address block, which should not propagate beyond
your network.

239.000.000.000-239.255.255.255 Administratively Scoped
[IANA,RFC2365]

Are you sure that the multicast SAPs are not being dropped at your
border routers ?

Regards
Marshall
