[streaming] How to play rtp h264 stream with vlc.

we'll close RTSP at the end of the project, only support rtp. but the h264
stream from rtp cannot be played in vlc, i'm puzzled for a long time.

Does your server support RTSP?  (It should.)  If
so, just enter the stream's "rtsp://" URL into
VLC.

(The RTSP protocol (and VLC's support of this
protocol) automatically handles SDP descriptions.)
