[streaming] How to change multicast port

Please do not use 1234, as that is assigned to something else - see
http://www.iana.org/assignments/port-numbers
Please use ports in the dynamic port range :
The Dynamic and/or Private Ports are those from 49152 through 65535
So, 51234 would be quite acceptable, and much better than 1234.
