[streaming] mosaic and H264

well... I succeeded to make my mosaic ok
it was the mosaic wizard that'was not ok

now I have an other small problem : he seems to me that video is not 
very fluid, without mosaic fps is very good when I stream video, but via 
mosaic I get a slow fps

any idea what's the problem and how to fix it ?
