[streaming] Problem how to install vlc stream server in pc

Dear friends,
                  I want to install vlc stream server in my pc but i am not
able to install it. i searched on google also but not getting any solution.
Please help me to solve that problem send me any link or site name , data
then i install vlc stream server in my pc.
