Hi Nicolas,
Currently I use VLC media player - version 0.9.8a and the Multithred
work excellent without any special setting.
The server is: HP DL585 with 4 Quad-Core AMD Opteron (16 cores) and 24GB RAM
I use VLM for transcode 14 MPEG4 stream to FLV
Tasks: 216 total, 1 running, 215 sleeping, 0 stopped, 0 zombie
