[streaming] transcoding 0.8.6e, h264 and number of threads used

Hi Nicolas,

Currently I use VLC media player - version 0.9.8a and the Multithred
work excellent without any special setting.

The server is: HP DL585 with 4 Quad-Core AMD Opteron (16 cores) and 24GB RAM

I use VLM for transcode 14 MPEG4 stream to FLV
