Hi:

I am now using VLC to save DVB-T streaming data into file in MPEG2-TS
format. And i want to detect which MPEG2-TS packet is loss in this file.
I've tried Program Clock Reference(PCR) in MPEG-2 TS header, but PCR
value will vary according to different receiver system clock frequency.
Countinuty counter is only 4 bits long so i can't detect packet loss if more
than 16 packets is lost.
My question is, is there any information can let me to know which TS
packet is lost? Is there anything like sequence number in RTP packet in
MPEG-2 TS packet? Thanks a lot. :-)

Best regards,
