[streaming] Stream VLC without log verbosity 2

Hello, 
i want to know how to stream/play VLC 1.0.3 without message
verbosity level 2 and statistics ( in this case, statistics in media
information is disabled and message verbosity level 2 always be cleared
automatically ) ?
