[streaming] HTTP/RTSP as webcam simulator

Hi all, is there a way to bridge an HTTP or RTSP stream from IP camera
to /dev/video0 (on Linux) or the corresponding in Windows?
The goal is to use my IP camera with Skype or similar client.
