[Translators] New POT file for VLC

Hello,


There was a lot of strings missing from the previous vlc.pot due to
various errors.

So a new vlc.pot and merged .po are available in git, at
http://git.videolan.org/?p=vlc.git;a=tree;f=po and at
http://people.videolan.org/~xtophe/l10n/.

As usual if you don't know how to merge your file with the new one,
don't worry and just send it to me.
