[Translators] Change of coordinator for Bengali

The current process is:

The maintaner get the po file from
http://git.videolan.org/gitweb.cgi?p=vlc.git;a=tree;f=po;hb=0.9-bugfix
(click on raw to save it)
The tranlators translate.
When some progress have been done, the maintaner send me personally
the file or put it online and send the link to vlc-devel@ or
translators@
