[Translators] Help on New translator.

[Баярсайхан Энхтайван]

Hi all,
I starting the Mongolian translation. How I test my translation on Windows
and Ubuntu?
I tryed in Windows:
I created following folder and copyed mo file.
<ProgramFilesDir>\Videolan\VLC\locale\mn\LC_MESSAGES
But How to add Mongolian in the Language list?
Where I to copy mo file in Ubuntu?  How I to convert mo file from po file?
