[Translators] Help on New translator.

I currently using your method.

I have a problem on following Mongolian Unicode characters on Windows.

   - Ө (04E8); ө (04E9)
   - Ү (04AE); ү (04AF).

See the attachments.
These characters are can appeared by Arial, Tahoma and some unicode fonts.
