hmm tricky question. 
As someone pointed there is still quite some bugs. So you can safely
assume 3 or 4 weeks
But it's not a project for work. that's a volunteer project so was is
important is "you do what you can do when you can".

Also there is no need to wait for your translation to be at 100% to send
it. You can send it everytime you have made some progress (like ~100
strings)
