[Translators] [VAC] Away until end of November

Hello,

I'll be away on vacation until the end of Novemeber.
In the meantime, submit your translations as usual here or on
vlc-devel at . Some other devs with commit access will try to take care of
the translations if possible.

In any case translations won't get lost and i'll check what needs to be
commited when I'm back
