[Translators] Windows installer doesn't speaks Hungarian

Well, seems that file considers everything iso-8859-1, even if the 
actual file contains obiously correct accented characters.
Furthermore, it seems that this was a false alarm, after uninstalling 
and deleting settings, the installer asked for the language, and after 
selecting Hungarian, everything showed up perfectly.
