[Translators] testing newest translation

I'd like to test the newest translation, but there does not seem to be
any current packages in the Ubuntu Intrepid repository referred to on
http://nightlies.videolan.org/#debian

Where can I download the newest prebuilt development version of VLC for
Debian/Ubuntu?
