[Translators] Vacation period, expect delays

	Hello fellow VLC enthusiasts,

It seems many of our active core developers are on away at the moment. This is 
not really a surprise as early August is a major vacation time in France and 
much of Europe.

Please be patient if your patches and translations are not merged very fast. 
If you get no response after one week, please report.
