[Translators] Serbian translation

Since I am not able to find english translation in program's directory, i
was wondering if you could send me the latest one. I found .mo file, but i
can't seem to open it. I've tried PoEdit and any other text editor, but half
of document can't be read, and the other half is just fine.

Please, send me a file, including croatian translation, since serbian and
croatian are similar.
