[Translators] Malayalam localisation first release

Here is the first edition of malayalam translation for VLC media player

Sorry to say that only 100 strings is donem, but main settings page is
almost covered i think more update will come after 27th of this month

Special note to nisa balakrishnan: Download the po file and check the
translation. If any correction in the words needed inform me also so that i
can also follow ypur translation strings
