[Translators] Catalan translation

Hey folks!

I've seen that VLC Catalan translation hasn't been updated in a long time...
I would like to update the translation, and keep maintaining it.

If anyone is interested on it, please contact me. I also created a Google
group vlc-ca, where to coordinate the work, and also to discuss any VLC
related stuff in Catalan.
