[Translators] Help on Translation error of Vietnamese

Hey admins i send a file for malayalam translations. i dont see my name in
the maintainer for malayalam translation i even dont see the malayalam
translation has started. I am continuing the work and will surely completed
it. But make me maintainer of the localization
