Hello,
I found some mistakes in my translation.
I updated the following files. Please use the following files.

http://www.n6a.net/vlc/1.1.0rc/japanese-sjis.nsh (native coding for Japanese Windows)
http://www.n6a.net/vlc/1.1.0rc/japanese-utf8.nsh (UTF8 coding for reference)
